The Work That Reconnects with Trina Woods
Between Donald Trump and a global pandemic there is very little bandwidth left over for the climate crisis. Like a deer caught in the headlights it is easy to feel overwhelmed with existential dread. In this episode I talk with Trina Woods, clinical social worker and facilitator of the Work That Reconnects about processing the emotions many of us are feeling about the current state of our world. We also discuss the importance of grief and anger as touch stones for reconnecting to the greater web of life.
